We own two weeks per year of a one bedroom master suite in any one of the Mayan Palace or Sea Garden Resorts in Mexico. The suites have a kitchenette and sleep six. The Mayan Palace resorts are some of the most beautiful resorts in Mexico. All are right on the beach. And have RCI Gold Crown ratings.

My wife and I purchased our membership in the Mayan Palace Resorts for our Mexico vacations, but don’t always use them. We own two weeks per year, and once those two weeks are rented they are gone until the following year.

We also have two weeks available of a two bedroom suite at the Mayan Sea Garden Resort in Mazatlan.


The unit can only be rented by the week, eight days and seven nights. The rental price for the one bedroom master suite is US$800.00 per week (7 nights) or US$1,500.00 for both weeks (14 nights). Again, for 2005 we have only one week left.


MAYAN PALACE RENTAL PROCEDURE

Mayan Resorts require reservations to be made a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of six months in advance. The resorts book quickly, depending on the season. Reservations made at least three or more months in advance have the best chance of availability.

 I will make reservations in your name for the requested dates at the requested resort. Check-in days are on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday only.

I will send you the Electronic Confirmation Form from the Mayan Palace Reservations Department. The form will contain a confirmation number, reservation dates, resort name, and your name as the guest. You may contact the resort reservations center directly with your confirmation number to verify your Mayan Palace Rental.

Once you receive the confirmation form I send you and you have verified your reservation, you must make payment within ten (10) days via Pay Pal or certified cashiers check.

I will accept cancellations of your Mayan Palace rental, up to 60 days prior to arrival, but I will retain US$100.00 to cover costs. Less than 30 days, I can not refund your money. You would have the option of renting/giving to family friends. You would just have to notify me so I could change the name on the arrival confirmation.
